That’s John McGuiness. He has the second most wins at the the Isle of Mann TT behind the legendary Joey Dunlop. He is, indeed, nuts.

No doubt. I watched this live and I must've missed that . He put on a hell of a show here. I usually don’t watch much of the bikes a t Goodwood but this was one of the best races that day.
